Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you complete authority over your email mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, finetune mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your mail accounts against junk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable e-mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming e-mail messages according to specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to forward electronic mails from, then specify the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do everything else.
